This beginning will utilize Rhode Island as an "incubator State," in an effort to transform public education in the United States from that of an unacceptable 20th century, outworn educational model into a progressive, effective, new set of creative ideas more attuned to the 21st century, and one that will graduate highschool seniors who are "ready to go," in all respects, including the development of their active imaginations and creativity.
