Wow, A Government Building for the 21st Century

|
Vision: First government building that generates more electricity than it consumes.
Fall River's New City Hall In this designer's vision, energy is gathered using a combination of solar, wind, and
underground water (hydro-thermal) flowing from the Quequechan River into Narragansett Bay. Tiday energy is also part of the
consideration. As a "multi-modal" energy system is designed and put into practice, one that calls on natural and
sustainable forms of energy as they are most available, dependency on baseline 20th century fuels like oil, gas and coal,
are reduced.

The shoreline is recontoured to provide for live/work communities on the waterfront.
Green Wharves, Coming to Fall River? In this original sketch, Delany visualizes a recontouring of the waterfront in
Fall River, MA, such that "Green Wharves" can be built out into the river. Above the wharf grade are to be constructed
"smart" live/work communities. Below the wharf, new technology that would convert tidal energy into useful electrical
energy is stored and maintained. This is but one part of the Fall River Energy Enterprise plan, otherwise known as FREE. Notice
that the roadways coming down the hill from the east reconnect to the waterfront.

Center for Commerce on Water, Home to University of Fall River
The "What If?" Test What if the current City of Fall
River Pier used its 100,000 sqare foot roof to collect solar power? What if it used
its wharf to collect wind power? What if the Braga Bridge
were also converted to a massive solar collection device? What
if the empty Borden & Remington building on the left were to become the technologically driven center of environmental
stewardship in the region known as the University of Fall River? What if the Upper Narragansett Bay delivered useful
electrical energy to the City grid drawn from its tidal power?

HIV_AIDS, STD, Anti-Pregnancy Poster
Educating Global Populations on HIV-AIDS This award-winning poster was created to help stem the tide of international
HIV_AIDS, to reduce rate of incidence, and to help educate and alter behaviors in high-risk populations. The poster is printed
in full-color (appears black and white) and measures 2' wide by 3' high. Some months after release...and a great many
rejections...it attracted the attention of the Surgeon General's Office of the United States. We were told, "Send us six, this is just what the country needs." This HIV AIDS Educational Awareness poster has been included in many collections
including the National Medical Archive (Smithsonian), Photographis Poster Annual, ID Magazine and others. Currently, the designer is attempting to translate the copy into 15 of the world's most common languages for
international distribution. Interested
companies are invited to contact aaaForay, specializing in brand-building, branded communications and product development.
