Laurelmeade, the State's Premiere Retirement Community

Laurelmead is now the premiere retirement community in Rhode Island. But at its inception, there was no building, only an idea and a plan. It was upon the plan the marketing and design communications were conceived and created.

Function: Primary marketing tool to establish Laurelmead across the State and region

Purpose: Build awareness, educate market, sell participation

For Vanderbilt Hall, Newport, Rhode Island, among the most distinguished hotels in Newport, Rhode Island, Mr. Delany used the typefont cast into the original plaque marking this site some decades ago before it was converted to this fashionable hotel, as the basis for the logotype and original business development and branded marketing communications program.
