Positioning Fall River for Transformation
Imagine a city than can move from baseline power
production-- coal, gas, oil-- to alternative energy in the form of wind, solar, hydrothermal, geothermal, tidal in sustainable
fashion. Believe it or not, this is feasible. All we need to do is get it done.
